Essential responsibilities and duties基本职责The role of an SQA Engineer is to ensure the quality of outsourced parts so that the plant production is not affected by the quality defects of outsourced parts; continuously improve the quality of suppliers according to the plant goals from Gate3 to EOP. SQA工程师的角色是从产品Gate3至EOP，保证外购件质量，使工厂生产不受外购件质量缺陷影响；根据工厂目标，不断改进供应商质量:？ Program management项目管理 o Be responsible for the audit and review related to new outsourced parts with support and coordinate from ASQ, PQL and PE.在ASQ、PQL和PE的支持和协助下，负责对新的外购件进行相关的审核和回顾。o Participate in the approval of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP); approve ASQ project transition documents. 参与批准生产件批准程序(PPAP)；批准ASQ项目过渡文件。？ System document management体系文件管理o Establish incoming inspection and supplier related system documents. 编制来料检验和供应商相关的体系文件。o Manage quality internal and external documents according to the requirements. 按要求管理质量内、外部文件及文档存档。？ Quality ability and Performance Management 质量能力和绩效管理o For all production parts, verify, track and update the PPAP annually to ensure that meet the requirements of customers and Faurecia, including check FMEA and control plan.对所有量产零件，以年度为单位，验证、跟踪以及更新PPAP以保证满足顾客及佛吉亚的要求，包括检查FMEA和控制计划。o Internal and external suppliers of purchased parts for change management, implement process and SR audit to external suppliers.对内外部供应商的外购件进行变更管理，对外部供应商进行过程及SR审核。o implement and strengthen supplier quality objectives by using QSS tools.通过使用QSS工具，实现并巩固供应商质量目标。o Collect, sort out and evaluate supplier quality performance; Cooperate with production and project buyer to manage the TOP5 suppliers and which violate the quality plan, monitor and improve plan收集、整理和评估供应商的质量业绩；与量产及项目采购合作，对TOP5供应商和违反质量计划的供应商进行管理，监督改进提升计划。？ Problem solving 问题解决o Management the purchase parts, production process and product audit which have corrective actions (8D), verify the supplier perform internal audit and the COP test plan.管理现有整改措施（8D）的采购零件，生产过程和产品审核，验证供应商执行的内部审核和COP试验计划。？ Code of conduct 行为规范o Assurance and abide requirements from IATF16949, ISO14001
